  • Kettle Bell Swings (O.H)
  • Box Jumps
  • TRX Rows

Workout Circuit: 2x

  • Plank Jacks
  • Starfish
  • Double Crunch

Workout Circuit: 3x

  • Single Arm Dumb Bell Rows
  • Pull ups and Chin ups
  • Dumb Bell Sumo Squats

Workout Circuit: Finisher
