What is Max Body Boot Camp?
Max Body Boot Camp is an indoor small group fitness program that includes top notch fitness instruction, a common sense nutrition program and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level.
Will I be able to participate if I'm not in good shape?
Absolutely. All fitness levels are welcome to participate. Your safety is paramount, so you'll never be asked to perform more than you're capable of doing. But, you will be pushed to give 100% effort. Each class will build upon the previous class, so your body will be given time to adjust to the increased workload. We want our participants to have fun and get in great shape, which will happen if you attend all your scheduled classes.
Are there any pre-requisites?
All of our exercises are scalable to most fitness levels. With that said, you should be able to jog for 30-60 second periods. Slow jogging is fine. We perform short runs and in order for you to participate with the entire group, a minimum of slow jogging is necessary.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, athletic shoes and a good attitude.
We'll provide all additional equipment, motivation, and accountability you'll need. Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach (An Apple Will Do :) ). We don't want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!

What can I expect to achieve?
As part of your regular fitness routine, you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you'll drop at least 5-12 pounds, 1-2 dress/pant sizes, and 2-5% body fat every month. Of course it always depends on how much effort you put forward. :)

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer as sore.

What is a typical day like at camp?
Each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time so it is difficult to describe a "typical day." You can expect some resistance training, kettlebells, conditioning (cardio training), core, body weight, and team training.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level.
What do I do when my first month is over?
Max Body Boot Camp is an ongoing program. This is a lifestyle change. You're welcome to join for a little as one month or stay on board for the long haul like most of our members!
